ERTH COVERINGS
ErthCOVERINGS was established in 2002 by Ivan Rapa. A building renovator by trade, Ivan lived most of his life in Australia, and made Canada his new home in 1998.
On a return visit to Australia in 2002, Ivan was impressed by a new light weight stone covering product. Upon returning home, Ivan discovered that the product was unavailable in Canada and in late 2002 Ivan succeeded in bringing the first container o f product to Canada. This new product launched ErthCOVERINGS into the exciting world of stone veneer. Since 2002, ErthCOVERINGS has evolved into a North American leader in the distribution of high quality, natural stone veneers.
URBAN ZEBRA
With stone and glass from Italy, Spain and beyond, Urban Zebra’s collections bring a touch of international flare home – into the kitchen or bathroom, anywhere the imagination travels.
Urban Zebra features several very unique stone and glass mosaics and edges. While Urban Zebra doesn’t have as many collections as some of our other suppliers, the collections have a distinct character that will add an element of artistry to your living spaces.
Known for their stone and glass mosaics, some of the collections include basket - weave marble, illusion marble mosaic, mini - cube mosaics, and rio - series natural slate mosaics.
OLYMPIA TILE
Olympia is large Canadian distributor of tile and stone products. Established in 1927 as Montreal Floor and Wall Tile and renamed in the late 1950s, Olympia was the first Canadian tile distributor. The company has since grown to be the largest tile importer and distributor in Canada with exclusive distribution rights for over 75 brands of foreign tiles from 5 different continents.
In 1980 Olympia acquired Flextile Limited, a manufacturer of vinyl composite tile and producer of specialized cementitious products, adhesives and accessory installation products Page | 4 Camel and Straw Pty Ltd | Australia ABN 35 169 455 627 www.TheCamel.co for the ceramic tile and stone industry. Flextile has the distinction of being the only Canadian - owned vinyl flooring tile manufacturing plant.
We carry a broad range of Olympia products including wall tile, porcelain, natural stone , quartz, glass, glazed vitrified ceramic and VCT. Several showcases in our store are dedicated to Olympia products.
